Nitroammophoska is a highly effective complex nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizer, suitable for almost all types of crops.
Most often, nitroammophosco is introduced as a basic or sowing fertilizer for all types of soil and for any crops. One of the most effective is the use of nitroammophoska on chernozem and serozem soils under irrigation. If nitroammophoska is planned to be introduced as the main fertilizer on chernozems and soils of heavy granulometric composition, it is advisable to do this from autumn. While on soils of light granulometric composition it is better to apply fertilizer in spring. The wide variety of produced brands of nitroammophos allows to choose fertilizer purely individually, taking into account the specific features of specific soils and the needs of the cultivated crop.
Nitroammophos (nitrophos) and nitroammophos (nitrophoska) are double and triple fertilizers, which are obtained by neutralizing mixtures of nitric and phosphoric acids with ammonia. Nitroammophos is a fertilizer obtained on the basis of monoammonium phosphate. And with the introduction of potassium, nitroammophoska is obtained. The latter is characterized by a higher content of nutrients, since in the preparation of nitroammophoski there is a wider opportunity for a change in the composition of the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
In nitroammophosco, nitrogen and potassium are in the form of readily soluble compounds, phosphorus is partly in the form of dicalcium phosphate, insoluble in water but accessible to plants, and partly in the form of water-soluble ammonium phosphate and monocalcium phosphate. Due to the possibilities of changing process flow charts, the content of water-soluble and citrate-soluble phosphorus can vary. In carbonate nitroammophos, for example, water-soluble phosphorus is not at all, so this type of fertilizer is used as the main fertilizer only on acidic soils.
Nitroammophoska has an established ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, while the individual features of soils are always different, however, as are the needs of specific plant species. Thus, when using nitroammophoski, there is often a need to adjust the mineral balance by adding various kinds of simple fertilizers.



Azofosca refers to nitroammophosphates and contains three active substances: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is approximately equal, water-soluble phosphates - more than 90%. The mass fraction of microelements and the percentage of water content depend on the fertilizer brand. At the same time, friability should always correspond to 100%.

Fertilizer is characterized by a complete absence of toxicity and explosion hazard, but it refers to flammable, difficult to combustible substances. The ignition temperature of the airgel is 490-520 ° C.

Azofosca does not enter the combustion reaction in the furnace at a temperature of 900 ° C.

The aerosvell does not ignite and does not explode if it gets into a spiral heated to 1000 ° C at a dust concentration of 260 g / cc.

Azofoska is a weak oxidant and can activate the burning of organic substances at a temperature of 800-900 ° C.

Azofosca (nitroammophoska) is highly soluble in water, does not contain ballast, is a ballast-free fertilizer. Nutrient substances in it can contain more than 55%.

Low hygroscopicity and caking, the chemical has a low moisture content allows the product to dissipate well, which facilitates the mechanized application of fertilizer to the soil.



There are several technological schemes for obtaining nitroammophoski, which differ mainly in methods of neutralizing acids, removing water from solutions and granulating. In accordance with the methods used, the process design changes as well. The raw materials for the preparation of azofosca are extraction or thermal phosphoric acid, weak nitric acid and potassium salts. Technological schemes differ in methods of neutralizing phosphoric and nitric acids.


This agrochemical is used as the main fertilizer in preparation for sowing plants, and in the form of fertilizing during the growing season. Depending on the type of crops, it is possible to increase the yield by 30-70%. Feeding is carried out not more often 2-3 times during the vegetation period of plants. For fruit and vegetable crops it is necessary to stop feeding for 20-30 days before harvesting, in order to avoid the accumulation of nitrates in fruits.
Feeding of garden crops, in view of the aggressiveness of the agrochemical, is carried out with a solution of low concentration.
Nitroammophoska is a part of complex fertilizers. The composition of the fat in the complex depends on the tasks of plant engineering. The introduction of these agrochemicals into the soil is carried out by fat drills, with the help of which the depth of the fertilization and the amount of fertilizers are regulated.

Safety requirements

Nitroammophoska is neither toxic nor explosive. The maximum allowable dust concentration of nitroammophosks in the working area is 4 mg / m3. The ignition temperature of the airgel nitroammophoski is 0.5-0.25 C ° for the fraction. Nitroammophoska burns in a furnace at 900 ° C, but ceases to burn as soon as it is taken out of the furnace. The aerosolve of nitroammophos does not ignite and does not explode if it hits a spiral heated to 1000 ° C at a dust cloud concentration of up to 260 g / m3

Being a weak oxidizer, a chemical can activate burning of organic substances at high temperatures: 800-900 ° C. Work with the nitroammon. as well as storage and transportation should be carried out in accordance with the sanitary norms for the application of mineral fertilizers in agriculture.
